Để kết nối thêm Zalo OA, admin truy cập vào Kết nối Zalo OA sau đó dùng Zalo OA quét mã QR và bắt đầu kết nối 

Tại giao diện chính admin cũng có thể  thực hiện ngừng kích hoạt tài khoản Zalo OA với Social Loyalty

Lưu ý: OA chính sẽ thực hiện được tất cả các chức năng trong việc sử dụng các tính năng

OA phụ chỉ hỗ trợ OA chính gửi tin UID và điều hướng thanh menu
