# Xóa đơn hàng

## Điều kiện xóa đơn hàng

* Chỉ có thể thực hiện xóa từng đơn hàng, không thể xóa cùng lúc nhiều đơn hàng
* Chỉ đơn hàng ở trạng thái [**Hủy**](https://huongdan.cnvloyalty.com/tinh-nang/don-hang/tat-ca-don-hang/huy-don-hang) mới có thể xóa đơn hàng

Sau khi Xóa đơn hàng thành công sẽ *xóa tất cả dữ liệu* của đơn hàng đó khỏi hệ thống Loyalty Hub, **không thể tìm kiếm và phục hồi** đơn hàng đã xóa

## Các bước Xóa đơn hàng

### Bước 1: Vào Đơn hàng → Tất cả đơn hàng

Chọn đơn hàng muốn xóa:

### Bước 2: Chọn Xóa đơn hàng

Sau khi *Xóa đơn hàng* thành công, tất cả dữ liệu của đơn hàng sẽ xóa khỏi hệ thống CNV

### Đơn hàng đã xóa có tạo vận đơn

* Nếu đơn hàng đã xóa có [tạo vận đơn](https://huongdan.cnvloyalty.com/tinh-nang/don-hang/tat-ca-don-hang/xu-ly-don-hang#buoc-6-tao-van-don) và chuyển sang trạng thái Vận chuyển

#### Bước 3: Vào Vận chuyển

* Chọn Mã đơn hàng vừa xóa
